Refund and Exchange Policy

If you purchased one of our products from a retail location or a website other than TheGreenPhial.com, please be aware that we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges on such items.

We do not offer store credit to any customers at this time.

All purchases made by individual resellers are considered final, without exception. These purchases are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please call us at 828-560-5775 or send an email to Hello@thegreenphial.com  if you have any questions prior to making a purchase.

Purchases Made Via TheGreenPhial.com

If you wish to obtain a refund for an item or items purchased on TheGreenPhial.com, contact our support team at Hello@thegreenphial.com within 10 days of receiving the item(s). If you do not contact us within 10 days, we will not be able to give you a refund or to accept any returns, nor will we be able to offer you an exchange.

We stand behind all of our products, but the effect of cannabinoids differs widely from person to person. Therefore, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for any item(s) that you wish to return due to issues pertaining to its effectiveness.

If a Product is Damaged, Missing, or Unusable, you must send an email to: Hello@thegreenphial.com on the same day you receive the product or products. This notification email must contain: your order number in the subject line, a description of what has occurred (how the product or products in question are damaged/unusable, and/or which product or products are missing), a photograph of the product in question (in the case of a product that is damaged/unusable), a photograph of the box in which the product(s) arrived, and a photograph of the packaging slip.

Once you have provided us with all of these details and photographs we will determine how best to proceed. The process of reviewing the information you provide to us can take up to 7 business days to complete. We may deny your request if you fail to provide us with all of the required information.

If we deem your request for an exchange to be valid, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to place on the return box (or we will reimburse you for the cost of USPS priority shipping). Please do not ship anything before discussing shipping details with us; if you ship a product back to us in a more expensive manner, we will be unable to reimburse you for the difference between the lower and higher shipping rates.

If we deem your request for a return to be valid, please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee and you will also be required to cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We are unable to refund the cost of shipping. We reserve the right to deny any refund, just as we reserve the right to deny any service or sale to any person or business.
