For Wholesale Customers (if applicable): In the event that our website needs to add or implement features such as credit card or debit card processing, eCheck and ACH services (or any other services and features not listed here), we may be required to share your basic personal and/or store information with financial institutions that give terms of payment to our wholesale customers. Examples of information we may be required to share with these institutions include your tax identification number(s), address(es), and name(s). These financial institutions are not given permission to contact you for purposes of solicitation.

Our store is built with WordPress, and we utilize the WooCommerce plugin. We are hosted by Hostinger and utilize their provided security features, including encryption via SSL.

If you insinuate that you will leave The Green Phial, LLC a negative review publicly or privately unless we cancel an order that has already been placed or shipped, or unless we issue you a refund for any product, or unless we give you any manner of special or preferential treatment, this action may be determined by The Green Phial, LLC to constitute an attempt at extortion and/or fraud, as well as a violation of our Terms of Service. At our sole discretion, we may prevent you from placing any further orders on our website. We may also share your information with other companies (both affiliated and non-affiliated) and inform them that you pose a high risk of extortion and/or fraud. As such, your information may become publicly available and this may result in others refusing to engage in any and all business transactions with you. When you attempt to cancel your order, obtain a refund, or be given any other preferential treatment as defined by The Green Phial, LLC, you consent to any and all potential outcomes that may result from your actions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Changes In Shipping Address

If you contact customer service to request cancellation after placing your order, we cannot guarantee that your request will be seen by customer service before we ship the package to you. As a general rule, we cannot cancel orders, nor can we honor requests for changes to shipping addresses. In the event that a package is not delivered due to an inaccurate address given by the customer at the time of purchase, The Green Phial is not responsible for providing a refund, store credit, or any replacement item(s).

If we are not able to cancel your order for any reason, you will need to send the unopened, undamaged product back to us in order to obtain a refund, and you will be required to mail it back to us at your own expense. If a package was shipped to an incorrect address provided by you at the time of checkout, you are responsible for locating the package and returning the unopened, undamaged product to us, and you are responsible for the cost of mailing the package back to us.

Only if all conditions found in our refund policy are met will you be able to obtain a refund.

Refund And Exchange Policy

If you purchased one of our products from a retail location or a website other than TheGreenPhial.com, please be aware that we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges on such items.

We do not offer store credit to any customers at this time.

All purchases made by individual resellers are considered final, without exception. These purchases are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please call us at 828-560-5775 or send an email to Hello@thegreenphial.com  if you have any questions prior to making a purchase.

Purchases Made Via TheGreenPhial.Com

If you wish to obtain a refund for an item or items purchased on TheGreenPhial.com, contact our support team at Hello@thegreenphial.com within 10 days of receiving the item(s). If you do not contact us within 10 days, we will not be able to give you a refund or to accept any returns, nor will we be able to offer you an exchange.

We stand behind all of our products, but the effect of cannabinoids differs widely from person to person. Therefore, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for any item(s) that you wish to return due to issues pertaining to its effectiveness.

If a Product is Damaged, Missing, or Unusable, you must send an email to: Hello@thegreenphial.com on the same day you receive the product or products. This notification email must contain: your order number in the subject line, a description of what has occurred (how the product or products in question are damaged/unusable, and/or which product or products are missing), a photograph of the product in question (in the case of a product that is damaged/unusable), a photograph of the box in which the product(s) arrived, and a photograph of the packaging slip.

Once you have provided us with all of these details and photographs we will determine how best to proceed. The process of reviewing the information you provide to us can take up to 7 business days to complete. We may deny your request if you fail to provide us with all of the required information.

If we deem your request for an exchange to be valid, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to place on the return box (or we will reimburse you for the cost of USPS priority shipping). Please do not ship anything before discussing shipping details with us; if you ship a product back to us in a more expensive manner, we will be unable to reimburse you for the difference between the lower and higher shipping rates.

If we deem your request for a return to be valid, please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee and you will also be required to cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We are unable to refund the cost of shipping. We reserve the right to deny any refund, just as we reserve the right to deny any service or sale to any person or business.
