Legal Registered Hemp Processor – The Green Phial

The Green Phial is a Legal Registered Hemp Processor with the state of NC as required by 02 NCAC 62 .0101-.0109 and Chapter 106 Article 50E of state of North Carolina. We work with various cannabinoids that are derived from Hemp. These cannabinoids include CBD and Delta-9 THC among others. Legal Registered Hemp Processor

All cannabinoids we work with are legal at the federal level as defined by the 2018 Farm Bill. Specifically “tetrahydrocannabinols in hemp” (For reference see section 12619(b)). This section indicates that THC of any type derived via a cannabis plant where Delta-9 THC registers at or below 0.3% is defined as legal at the federal level. The 2018 Farm Bill defined all derivatives, isomers, and cannabinoids in hemp legal, as long as the final product contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. Delta-9 THC for example is a cannabinoid naturally found in hemp, it is an isomer of CBD, and it is both a derivative of hemp and CBD. All of our legal THC products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC as defined by federal law.

The 2018 Farm Bill also includes a Controlled Substances Act amendment, removing all tetrahydrocannabinols found in hemp from the list. This definitively serves as an override to the definition found for Delta-8 in the Federal Analogue Act. The same override would logically follow for all other forms of naturally occurring THC such as Delta-7 or Delta-10.

Colorado for instance among other states may have more restrictive laws concerning Hemp derived Delta-8 or THCa. Because of this we are limited to which states we are legally allowed to ship.
